We know that every now and then you're going to have a question about how to use The Flowershop Company website or any of our other services. Here are some of the most commonly asked questions with answers:
1. What if I want something a little different from what's on the website.
We will accommodate your request depending upon seasonal availability. If you send us an email with a brief description such as colours, bright or pastel, size or budget, our florists can create something for you.
2. How will I know if my flowers have actually been sent?
We will send you a confirmation email when they have been sent.
3. What if the flowers don't arrive in perfect condition?
If you are not happy with your order, please notify us within 24 hours and we will either replace them or credit you.
4. How long will delivery take?
Delivery can usually be made anywhere in the world within 48 hours. We can deliver 6 days a week. If you want to send to an business, please tell us the name of that business as well as the street number. It makes it so much easier to find.
5. How do I use my Frequent Flowers Club member benefits?
For now, you can earn free flowers but we will be adding other benefits over time.
6. What if I change my mind about what I want to send after I have placed my order?
Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the due delivery date will be refunded less a $15 admin fee. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the delivery date will be refunded 50% unless the goods have already been despatched in which case no refund will be possible.
7. I sent something that worked really well last year but I can't remember what it was. Is there a way to look at what I have sent previously?
You can see your order history in your Frequent Flowers Club membership area.
