Simple. We do not share personal information about you with anyone. Period.
If you would like us to remove your details from our records please just let us know by emailing info@freshflowerco.co.nz. If you would like to stay on our records but stop receiving emails from us, please just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

Terms and Conditions
We buy the freshest flowers available which means we can give you flowers that last as long as possible. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please tell us within 24 hours of receipt for a 100% money back guarantee.

We endeavour to supply flowers as close to the pictures shown but seasonal availability may mean that we cannot provide exactly the same. If there is a major difference we will contact yo ufirst.

The FlowerShop Company trades under the terms of the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Security
Our credit card payment system uses secure SSL technology which means your details cannot be intercepted and read by any third party.

Delivery
We guarantee to deliver according to your wishes but cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery information given to us.

Local deliveries will be made within 24 hours of the order being received.
NZ Rural deliveries will be made within 48 hours of the order being received
International deliveries will be made within 48 hours of the order being received.

Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the due delivery date will be refunded less a $15 admin fee. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the delivery date will be refunded 50% unless the goods have already been despatched in which case no refund will be possible.

Payment Options
We accept payment online using all major credit cards. We do not accept Eftpos or other debit cards.
